Creamy Strawberry Overnight Oats

Start your morning off right with these super easy overnight oats. Make the night before top with berries and you have a yummy complete breakfast. Perfect for a busy mom.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk

  • 1 cup Oats

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 2 tsps Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds

  • 3/4 cupStrawberries (chopped)

Directions:

  1. Add the milk, oats, yogurt, maple syrup, and hemp seeds to a large container. Stir well to combine. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least eight hours.

  2. Store in the fridge until ready to eat. Serve with strawberries and enjoy!
