Blackberry Swirl
Who says you can't have dessert and still lose weight? I love this yummy treat!

​Serves 2
​
Ingredients:

1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup Whipping Cream

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
-
2 tbsps Maple Syrup (divided)
-
1 1/2 cups Blackberries (plus more for garnish)

2 tbsps Mint Leaves

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, whipping cream, vanilla extract, and half of the maple syrup. Using a hand mixer, whip the mixture on medium speed for two to three minutes or until light and smooth.

Crush the blackberries using a fork or a potato masher. Stir in the remaining maple syrup and mix well.

Layer the crushed blackberries and whipped yogurt in a small dessert bowl or a glass. Swirl the layers gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.

Garnish each bowl with blackberries and fresh mint. Enjoy!
