I get it! Organic fruits and veggies are expensive but are they really worth it? When it comes to feeding your body nutritious food does organic really matter? The Answer is yes and no. The environmental working group (EWG) puts out a list each year of the Clean 15 and the Dirty dozen. Clean 15 are the top 15 fruits and vegetables with the least amount of pesticide residues and the Dirty dozen are the top 12 most heavily contaminated fruits and veggies. A great way to cut down the costs of organic produce is to use these lists when making your purchases.
